Location/Props/Costumes

The subject of our video is aimed at our sort of age group. James and I think we need to look for a location which would be familiar to the target social group. We have ideas revolving around a break up of girlfriend and boyfriend, and feel the ideal sort of location would be in a suburban area. We want to keep it local because of time constraints and other factors that maybe an issue like the weather when it comes to filming. James lives in Priorslee which could be a good place to film because it is local and fairly quiet during the daytime. Also priorslee has areas dedicated to youths which would be ideal locations to film for our video. We want the video to feel familiar to the target viewer which means these sort of settings would be ideal. We are going to use Priorslee to do the bulk of the filming as we think it is the best local location. There were a few other locations we are going to consider -Shifnal which is close to Priorslee would be good for some of the filming, also Telford Centre would be good.

In terms of props, the things we will need are: a drum kit, bass guitar, electric guitar and mobile phones. These items shouldn't be a problem to get because they can all be supplied by the production team.

Costumes should be suited to everyday situations which means the protagonist must be wearing casual clothing. the girlfriend and the antagonist will also wear casual atire. Because the film is not shot on a continuous timeline we will have to change costume to fit with the time change.
